All vendor spaces are 10×10 spaces. Vendor fee is $500.00 (includes taxes) for four days. 10X10 tents require a fire extinguisher. Tents over a 10×10 will require a permit and may cost additional fees. Should you need more than one 10×10 space you may purchase additional space. All vendors will be set up outside the arena south lobby doors.
Vendors, it will be at your own risk should you choose to leave your booth at anytime to watch the rodeo events. Though security will be on site, Osceola County nor Osceola Heritage Park will be held responsible for your goods.
Vendors will be receiving two credentials per booth space that will permit you inside the arena as well as your vendor locations. If you need more than two credentials for your staff these must be requested a month in advance. We will try to accommodate if we can. You will not need to purchase a rodeo ticket to each performance as your credential will allow access into the arena.
Should an RAM NCFR sponsor also become a vendor they may hold exclusive rights.
